How do I stop a session early?
During an active session, tap the pink stop button in the timer controls to end your session immediately.
Can I pause my focus session?
Yes, you can pause your timer by tapping the large pause button in the center of the timer controls. Tap play to resume.
Is there a way to view past sessions?
Currently, Absolute Immersion focuses on the present moment to help you lock in. History tracking might be added in future updates based on user feedback!
